Happiness Found in Hangklip

I simply had to share this amazeballs view I woke up to in Hangklip on BonBon’s birthday weekend. Even though I was dying a slow death from the evil flu that lasted for weeks I still made my way through to Hangklip (near Bettys Bay) to celebrate with my friends. We stayed in a fantastic house that was built with rocks, it was kind of like a modern cave. I’m sorry I didn’t get a pic of it, but it was something rather special. The weather although hellishly windy and cold overnight woke up to be a glorious day on Sunday and so like a bunch of girls at a sleepover we all piled onto the double bed and had some tea and ate chips for breakfast (totally legit). What a fun time! Oh I do love weekends away.

I can’t believe the weather has been so foul this year – am thrilled I am missing this last bit of it, but wait, my turn in the US of A is coming!
