There are two things I love in this world (ok there are totally more than two things I love), but two really cool things are birthdays and a dress up. And even better when they are combined! Yippeeeeeee! So of course I was excited about the Rock ‘n Roll themed birthday a few weekends ago. Out came the dress up box, which I might add is increasing in size quite drastically, and I found a few good staples that could be worn. A new found favourite are my china town legging that cost a whopping 20 bucks and are black with a snake skin wet look print on them! RAD and totally Rock ‘n Roll. But I needed a few extra items so I went on a mission to Canal Walk and found some super duper items. A very funky alice band with a bow attached (think teased hair) and some ridiculous pink lipstick (which it turns out isn’t as awful as one would imagine). But the outfit was only complete after borrowing a leather jacket from a friend and using an awesome belt to tie it at the waste. And of course a pair of my false lashes were applied. Dear Ms KB, who is always up for a jol, had an equally awesome outfit with a fur vibe nogal! Total rockstars. The party was a load of fun! Who will be having the next dress up kids? You know I’ll be keen!
